Steel Warehouse:

Our company has large-sized steel structure workshop. We have introduced the production line from the U.S. our steel structure is fast and easy erection. Installation with no errors because we adopts pre-installation before we ship the steel structure to ensure the quality of our steel structure products.
All the materials of our steel frame are hot rolled steel plate and the galvanized steel plate or sheet. The grade is upon Euro norm S355JRC or American Norm ASTM A572 grade 50 or equivalent to Q345b. The thickness of the plate used in columns and the girder is 10-12mm. (the thickness can be decided by the customers)
All the purlins will be pinned connected by the high strength galvanized screw bolts.

The span of the building we can produce is from 6 meters to 40 meters. There is no problem if the customers need the span to be more than 40 meters, just increase the use of the steel materials.
All the steel components are painted and anti-rust which can be normally used for more than 25 years.
Columns are bolted to the foundation and other steel components. The distance between two columns is 6 meters.
Wall panels are color steel sandwich panels made of double-sided steel sheets and expanded polystyrene middle layer with special adhesive this kind of EPS sandwich panels are heat& sound insulated.

Roof panels are also color steel sandwich panels made of corrugated single-layer steel sheets and polyurethane with special adhesive.
The walls and the roofs have good phonic insulation
The entire roof is double-pitched and the roof slope is designed to 1:5, ensuring easy flow water.
The staircases can be designed outside the house if you need.
Houses are beautiful in appearance and very comfortable to live. Buildings meet the building structural standard requirements (water-proof and anti-corrosive). Support high humidity rate and high degree temperature without expanding.
